
ATTORNEY INFORMATION
Steven M. Bialick was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1980, he was admitted to practice law in all Minnesota State Courts, in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In 1983, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Bialick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 from the University of Minnesota. He majored in Psychology and graduated summa cum laude (highest honors). He was elected into Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.
Mr. Bialick graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1980, and received his Juris Doctor degree. He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure.
Mr. Bialick has been in the private practice of law since 1980. In 1995, he was awarded the highest possible rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell Law directory, and he has maintained that rating since then. His legal ability was rated as very high to preeminent and he was rated as having very high adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics. Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory is a respected lawyer rating organization that was established more than 140 years ago. Its ratings are based on an extensive review conducted among lawyers and judges in the community.
Mr Bialick helps parties resolve disputes by acting as an arbitrator,
mediator, or other neutral party in alternative dispute
resolution proceedings. He is on a number of rosters and panels of
